What are 3 of the top baking tips that you can share with us?

1. Always keep learning.

2. Don’t look at other bakers in your area as competition. There is enough business for everyone, and building camaraderie means you have help if you need someone to help you cover an order.

3. Make what makes you happy, and don’t worry about what others think or are doing.

What is your favorite cookbook, and why?

My great grandma’s church cookbook. It’s so sentimental, and the recipes are amazing.

All things spooky, creepy, gross, gory, and delicious
