Have you ever tried to come up with a title for a blog, business, book, or article? It can be a challenging task.

I enlisted my family when I was trying to come up with the perfect name for this blog.
I wanted it to be catchy, easy, and professional. So I tried jotting down a few ideas and building on those. That’s typically the best place for me to start.

Unfortunately, I didn’t love any of them. So, I tried a blog name generator I found online. I figured it was worth a shot. It was slowly getting better, but still nothing.

I asked my husband to help out because, typically, he has a creative mind, and we can come up with something smashing between the two of us.
That day must not have been our day. Everything was a dud. Until…

My eight-year-old daughter decided to grace us with her presence. She sat down on the bed and started reading through the dozens of blog names I had written in my notebook. After reading through all of the titles, she blurts out:

HOW ABOUT DEANNA’S RECIPE BOX?
And that is how the blog was born. It seems she got the creative gene from the two of us!
