I am an author, food writer, and recipe creator. I have a column in Pastry Arts Magazine called Cottage Life, where I write about all things pertaining to being a cottage food baker.

I have a new column I am just digging into for Writer Digest Magazine, where I will write about…you guessed it, food writing.

You could say that my life revolves around food and writing in some way, shape, or form.

I am a baker at heart and own a certified cottage bakery in North Carolina. Although, I am from New Jersey. They say you can take the girl out of Jersey, but can never take the Jersey out of the girl….which you will see with my New Jersey coffee cake recipe and my wide array of New York style cheesecake recipes…but I digress. All of the recipe creator magic happens in my kitchen, and it will be here, where I share all of that magic with you!
